Returns & Refunds Policy

RETURN POLICY:

 * Please note: items purchased using a discount code higher than 15% are 

final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit. 
Return and exchange requests for all items must be made within 7 days of delivery.  Once the request is approved, the original item(s) must be sent back within 10 days, otherwise the return or exchange is no longer eligible.
Your request must include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser, Date of Purchase and a brief reason description for the return or exchange.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn & damaged, or altered. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

At this time, international orders, sale items and customized work  are non-refundable.

ORDER TURNAROUND:

We ship orders within 1-2 business days, unless it's a PRE-ORDER item, for which the delivery will depend on the item and we will advise timeline upon request.

 

LOST PACKAGES:

We are not liable for any packages lost by the Postal Service or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. A claim can be filed for the item, however, if the claim is not approved by the carrier, products will not be replaced.
