Returns & Refunds Policy


RETURN POLICY:

Due to COVID_19 hardship currently I don’t accept returns nor issue refunds. However in 2021 the policy will be changed.

ORDER TURNAROUND:

I ship orders within 2-3 business days, unless it's a PRE-ORDER item, for which the delivery will depend on the item and we will advise timeline upon request.

 

LOST PACKAGES:

We are not liable for any packages lost by the Postal Service or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. A claim can be filed for the item, however, if the claim is not approved by the carrier, products will not be replaced.
